welcome lokisana. :) that haiku made me realize how strange it is that we can't just sorta squish those skin and follicle bugs like we might a larger insect. something so very small is more indestructible than a much a bigger bug. go lil guy!

i guess it's like any flu and if you are already weak like an infant or have other health problems it can be the straw that broke the camels back and kill you which is why we hear of deaths on the news. *shrugs* i'm not really sure just guessing. media blows everything up. they are going crazy here because they have no hurricanes to get worked up over.

Well i was doing some reading on the wiki and all "Swine flu" is is a mutated form of Influenza A virus. Flu vaccines work against it. Its just a nasty cold really no big deal. The media blew it out of proportions. I read in the news paper that 98% of people experiencing flu like symptoms in the state of Florida probably have Swine flu but they are still quarenteening places with high concentrations of it. I tried my hardest not to go out and spread it about. I know I still have it and I'm probably still contagious but I'm so much better its ridiculous.

you're so lucky getting the swine flu amanda!
theoretically, you'll now have some immunity against it, especially if it mutates. right?
i'm glad you're better.

little mite buried
amanda's feverish skin
almost tropical
