Our teacher was great and she used to play Julia Childs videos for us. I loved those. She was the type of chef who just did what she wanted and couldn't care less what others thought. She drank on her show and at times got slightly drunk while doing the taping. One such time she had a large turkey in a pan and when she was taking it out of the oven she dropped it on the floor and just reached down, picked it up, and went on with the show like nothing at all was wrong, lol.
